Domestic Flight Transportation
Please call as soon as you have your dates to schedule your pet’s move. All domestic transfers require a week’s notice from us. If these deadlines cannot be met, call as soon as possible, and we will try to organize an accelerated move. There may be a surcharge for expedited moves.
Payment: In order to book flights, deliver paperwork, and retain service through our agents at Global Petcab, we demand a 50% upfront payment. One day before the departure date for your pet, the remaining 50% of the balance is due. Accepting this estimate and providing your transaction information will allow us to confirm your payment and begin the booking process. Global Petcab cannot process requests until the money is received.
Liability and Responsibility:
Even though Global Petcab takes a great number of details into consideration when plannning your Pet’s move, unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee against illness, injury, or escape at any time, due diligence having been taken. We reserve the right to seek veterinary attention with the vet of our choice and such expenses shall be paid promptly by the owner of the Pet(s) regardless of nature. We support the airlines and kennel facilities that we choose, but once your Pet is in their hands, we have no further control and assume no responsibility. We do guarantee to handle your Pet(s) in the professional and safe manner that only our years of experience can provide.
Cancellation Fee :
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before we make arrangements with the airlines or our agents. After we begin making arrangements, the cancellation fee is our service provided during the arrangements. Acceptance of Proposal
On the first services sought, all estimates are predicated. Any additional services that are requested or needed will result in additional fees. There are a number of situations that could arise and raise costs. Additional days of boarding necessary (as a result of owner request, airline embargo, weather, airline cancellation, or delay), incompatible cargo, additional journeys to the airport, additional time required for pickup and/or delivery (as a result of airline delays, weather, or poor documentation), grooming (whether requested by the owner or required for Pet’s comfort), inadequate transportation, and inadequate transportation documentation (may result in additional boarding, additional expenditures to obtain proper documents, including immunizations if proper proof is not provided), and any Veterinarian attention considered required by us Insurance for pets is not included
International Flight Terms & Conditions
For all international transfers, we require four weeks’ notice in advance. If you find that you can’t stick to these deadlines, call us right away, and we’ll make arrangements to proceed as quickly as we can. There may be a surcharge for expedited moves.
Full payment is necessary for an advance before ExPet can take custody of your pet, make flight reservations, mail paperwork or crates, or use the services of one of our travel partners. To begin the booking process, kindly acknowledge the supplied estimate and share your UTR details for quicker payment confirmation. Requests cannot be fulfilled by ExPet unless payment is made.
Liability and Responsibility:
Although ExPet plans your pet’s relocation with great attention to detail, unanticipated events may occur that are out of our control. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee against illness, injury, or ejection at any moment. Regardless of the nature of the pet(s), we reserve the right to seek veterinary care from any doctor of our choosing, and any associated costs must be paid in full by the pet(s) owner immediately. The airlines and kennel facilities we select are supported by us, but once your pet is in their care, we have no further control over it and no longer accept any liability. We promise to treat your pet(s) with the care and safety that only comes from years of experience.
As briefly mentioned in the estimate, airline reservation fees are non-refundable. If the balance is taken before establishing trip plans with our agents, it is refundable. The cancellation fee is our administration fee plus any services used once we have started making the arrangements.

Estimates must exactly match the services that were first sought. Any requested or required extra services will result in a revision, and any previously shared estimates will be deemed invalid. Several situations could arise and raise costs. Examples include extra days of boarding needed (due to owner request, airline embargo, weather, airline cancellation or delay), incompatible cargo, extra trips to the airport, extra time needed for pickup and/or delivery (due to airline delays, weather, improper documentation), cancellation of reservations by the customer-recommended airlines, grooming needed (due to owner request or needed for pet’s comfort), and insufficient paperwork (which could result in additional boarding, additional expenditures to obtain proper documents, which may include immunizations if proper proof is not provided), and any veterinarian treatment deemed required by the regulatory authority and the airlines for the pet’s transit).
There is no provision for pet insurance.
Domestic Train Terms & Conditions

In order to make a 1 class affordable, we require a 50% advance payment. Making bookings for train tickets and completing paperwork. One day before the departure date for your pet, the remaining 50% of the balance is due.
In order to begin the booking process, kindly accept this estimate and provide your transaction details for payment confirmation. Requests cannot be fulilled by Global Petcab unless payment is made.
Only train tickets will incur cancellation fees According to Indian Railway, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of your pet. If the cancellation is made between 72 and 48 hours before the departure date, 75% of the payment will be refunded; if it is made after 48 hours, only 40% will be paid (as per the Railway Guidance) Due to the fact that we have already started making the arrangements, there is a cancellation fee for the service we provided. After 24 hours, no money will be reimbursed, albeit a service charge of 50% will still be added.
